Age Like RBG

Ok, she is an icon, and living legend but this bubbe knows how to age. Supreme Court Justice, Ruth Bader Ginsburg can teach us all a thing or two about aging. As she ages, her personality strengthens and she perseveres after many health setbacks.
Here are some aging lessons I learned from RBG:
You are never too old to exercise but do it properly. A good looking trainer helps.
Mental stimulation keeps you sharp. Even if you are not one of the most influential women in America, use it or lose it.
Preventative medicine works. Cancer happens but early detection is key to survival.
Speak your mind. Feeling empowered gives you purpose. Plus, you have earned the right to say what is on your mind!
